If design were a building, intent would be the foundation.  I believe architecture provides a platform in which a designer can exclaim an idea, concept, or emotion.  An architect’s legacy are the buildings he leaves behind.  They speak of his process, his style, but most of all; they speak to what he sees as important. 

As a designer, I find value in the simple things.  I have striven for my work to be comprised of clean forms that speak a fluent and subtle language.  I appreciate truth in structure, and buildings that are comprised of simple and natural materials. 

As my artistic voice has developed, I have found a need to express sustainability, community, and culture within my work.  I believe that any good design should thoroughly address its natural and human environments in which it will be immersed.  In doing this, provisions are made for its overall success within the community.
